Where can you play The Target?

You can only play The Target in Antwerp, Ghent and Utrecht for now but soon the game will also be offered in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague.

You can approach Outpost to play in Antwerp and Ghent. You can also hire the equipment at this game centre for the duration of the game (2 hours).

Outpost Ghent:
Ottergemsesteenweg 13
9000 Gent
09/245 44 84
Note: opens every day from 11.30 a.m.

Outpost Antwerp:
Beggaardenstraat 6
2000 Antwerpen
03/231 54 56
Note: opens every day from 11.30 a.m.

You can go to Living Story in Utrecht from 2 March. They will supervise games for groups from 4 to 14 players.

You can go to Mister Amsterdam / Rotterdam / Den Haag from April in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague . They supervise games for groups.

With how many players can you play The Target?

Small groups
The minimum number of players is 3. You will have two policemen who are hunting down 1 prisoner with this set-up. The usual set-up , however, consists of 3 policemen and 1 gangster , therefore, 4 players .

Each of the players will have 1 smart phone and 1 GPS receiver.

Large groups
Your can also form a team with multiple players so that 3 groups of policemen hunt a group of gangsters. Again each of these teams will have 1 mobile phone and 1 GPS receiver.

Your best option is to limit yourself to no more than 3 players to make sure you can act quickly with your team. Therefore, it is best to play 1 game with no more than 12 players (4 teams with 3 players each).

Don't worry if your group has more than 12 players! You can then simply play several games simultaneously . These games will run completely separately from each other: three groups of policemen will be chasing a group of gangsters each time.

Only adults
Currently, those younger than 18 cannot, unfortunately, play The Target because of safety and legal reasons.

How much will it cost ?

1 game costs € 90 in Antwerp and Ghent . 12 players can participate in one game at most.

Therefore:
- 1 to 12 players : 1 game= € 90
- 13 to 24 players:
2 games= € 180
-
When playing with more than 25 players you must also include 1 supervisor. You can read more about this here.

This fee includes everything:
- Rental of the equipment (4 GSM phones and 4 GPS devices per game);
- A game duration of 2 hours (if the first game finishes after, for example, 30 minutes, then you can start a new game that lasts an hour and a half);
- Data communication (between the GSM phones and the game server);
- The manual;
- Insurance to cover damage to the equipment.

The following is not included:

- Insurance to cover the theft of the equipment;
- Insurance to cover accidents or damages caused by you to yourself or third parties.

You must also pay a deposit of € 30 per device (GSM and GPS) on top of the cost price; this will amount to 4 x € 30= € 120 per game.

For the prices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague you can contact Mister Amsterdam / Rotterdam / Den Haag.

For the prices in Utrecht you can contact Living Story.

How will the game specifically progress?

Your best option is to call Outpost beforehand for Antwerp and Ghent to reserve the equipment so that you are assured that you can play. Specify the number of players and the exact time when you want to play when you make your reservation.

You can also just show up at Outpost but you will then have no guarantee that equipment will be available. Outpost is open all year round: 7/7 and from 11.30 a.m. to 4 a.m. (6 a.m. during the weekends). You can always play a game even on Sundays and official holidays. The only day it is closed is on New Year's Day.

You will receive a manual that will guide you through the whole of the game before the game actually starts. We also have players sign a contract in which we define a number of agreements. You pay for the game and the deposit for the equipment and you can start straight away. If you have any questions, please ask the Outpost employees.

The game can be played without supervision. Read the manual carefully and you can start. If you want a supervisor who will explain the whole of the game and who is continuously available, you can ask for one from Kelly Events. You can read more about this here.

The games in Utrecht , Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague are always supervised. Contact Living Story (Utrecht) or Mister Amsterdam, Mister Rotterdam or Mister The Hague for more information and an appointment.
